About the role

Recursive is building safe, recursively self-improving AI to automate knowledge discovery. We’re starting with AI that improves AI, using open-ended algorithms to create systems that keep discovering and building on what they learn. We’re looking for people who can help build the organization around that work.

This is a general application for people who want to contribute to Recursive in a nontechnical role and don’t see an opening that fits their background. You might bring deep expertise in one function or experience taking on a range of responsibilities in a growing company.
